I make records for people who care about the song. Rock, worship, alternative, or whatever else comes out when real players get in a room and stop trying to sound like everybody else.

I have spent years playing drums, guitar, bass, and keys. Production is where all of that comes together. The job is to figure out what the song needs, then get out of the way.
Bring in the players
Guitar, bass, drums, keys, vocals. The stuff that turns a demo into a record. Real performances beat clever tricks every time.
Make it hit
Mixes that keep the punch without losing the heart. It should feel good in the car, on headphones, and in a room full of people singing along.

I am not interested in sanding off what makes a song interesting. If it needs to be loud, let it be loud. If it needs to be quiet, let it breathe. Either way, it should sound like the artist meant it. My faith is not something I paste on after the fact. Jesus is my hope, and it changes the way I listen, work, and treat people in the room.
